Fun Fact: Did you know there's more than one type of heart attack? One that isn't due to poor diet, lack of exercise, old age, etc? Neither did I...until it happened to me. More and more people are suffering SCAD heart attacks with little to no knowledge of what it actually is. 36 years old, emergency bypass surgery, 99% occluded in my left anterior descending artery (widow maker) and somehow, I lived to tell about it. 2020 was a wild ride for everyone, including myself. 12/29/2020 is my "new" birthday and I have great plans to use my writing expertise and platform to advocate for more awareness, better resources, and further studies of this asshole phenomena.
